Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpaceRaven, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app is provided "as is"

SpaceRaven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We work hard to make SpaceRaven reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You're responsible for reviewing before deleting

SpaceRaven is designed to surface cleanup candidates for your review. It does not delete anything automatically. You are solely responsible for reviewing the items presented to you and confirming any removal action. Take care when reviewing suggested items, especially duplicates, similar photos, and large files, before confirming deletion.

No guaranteed storage recovery

Estimates of reclaimable storage shown in the app are best-effort calculations based on the items in your review queue. Actual storage recovered may vary due to factors including iCloud sync state, system caching, file compression, and how iOS reports available space. SpaceRaven does not guarantee a specific amount of storage will be recovered.

Recently Deleted behavior

Where supported by the platform, items removed through SpaceRaven follow iOS's standard Recently Deleted behavior, giving you a native recovery window before permanent deletion. This behavior is controlled by iOS, not by SpaceRaven, and may vary by device, iOS version, or storage location (such as iCloud Photos).

Your account and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use SpaceRaven, and you're responsible for complying with any applicable age requirements set by the App Store or Google Play in your region.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceRaven and its developers are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from deletion decisions you confirm within the app, including the loss of photos, videos, or other content. Because every removal action requires your explicit confirmation, you are responsible for the outcome of that decision.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update SpaceRaven's features and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using SpaceRaven at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SpaceRaven's developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
